Drug tests check for a metabolite produced from THC, or Tetrahydrocannabinol. CBD is a completely different molecule and does not cause the body to produce this metabolite in meaningful amounts. Full spectrum products that provide whole plant benefits do contain trace amounts of THC (up to .3%) which may show up on a drug test.
